When sending out a meeting invitation, you may want to attach one or more files that include essential information, such as an agenda, presentation documents, or spreadsheets. Follow these steps to attach a file to a meeting invitation in Outlook.
- To create your invitation, select Calendar, then New Meeting or New Appointment.
2. In the invitation window, click Insert > Attach File.
3. Select the file(s) you wish to attach to your meeting invitation.
4. Select Insert to proceed.
